1. 6+ years of experience developing on the ServiceNow platform 

2. Subject matter expertise and hands-on experience with ITSM, scoped applications, service catalog, service portal 

3. ServiceNow certifications preferred 

4. Proficiency with Javascript, business rules, client scripts, reporting, dashboards, access control, service catalog, system clones, and upgrades 

5. Experience with integrations, e.g. REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and store apps 

Good-to-Have 

1. Project management experience and customer management 

2. Experience with other ITSM platforms, including Remedy 

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer Certification 

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Certification

3. Good Communication skills 

4. Working experience in multi-vendor & onshore-offshore model
