Should be Guidewire Certified.

Should be well versed with the US P&C Insurance Market.

Should have prior experience of handling the client working from their location.

Should have prior experience of coordinating with the Offshore team in terms of sharing the business requirements and validating the Offshore team deliverables.

Must have good communication skills.
