Job Duties
 Provides recommendations on the implementation of new/revised operational and/or reporting
processes.
 Serve as scrum team lead and facilitator of projects and feature development from inception to
closure
 Help ensure effective completion of prioritized backlog and support Product Owner in backlog
management
 Experience with projects involving enterprise-wide application suites and multiple business
functions
 Work with testing resources to help ensure full coverage testing needs: including configuration,
development and methodology to project standards
 Promote teamwork and culture of collaboration
 Provide project and/or product deliverables including project plans, status reports, deployment
plans
 Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (e.g. Sprint Planning, Demos, Retrospectives and Daily Scrums) and
help teams adhere to defined goals of each event
 Help remove or mitigate impediments to team progress.
 Certified Scrum Master with experience in Microsoft .NET technologies for development as well
as support
 Exposure to Golang and MongoDB
 Diagnose and troubleshoot issues
 Very good documentation skills
 Coordinate and manage user acceptance testing of system changes and enhancements, as well
as recommending necessary training.
 Communicate key insights and findings to product team
 Develop and maintain positive, collaborative working relationships with other team members
within the department and throughout the organization.
 Takes responsibility/ownership for the overall success of the implemented process or product.
 May provide project guidance and leadership to other Analysts / technical team
 Works with Developers and other IT staff to determine system components and functional flow
of components and data between components.
Experience
 MUST have end-to-end Scrum Master experience

 Experience working with Business, UX/UI interface, technical team for Healthcare like member
portal / view
 Experience in ALM, AGM, JIRA and creating BRDs, Solution Documents, Technical Design
Documents
 Relevant analytical experience
 Experience in Project Management Tools, MongoDB a plus
 Good knowledge of Agile development methodology (Scrum) including Sprint Planning, Daily
Standups & release planning
 Experience writing technical documents
 Highly proficient in Excel and Access, PowerPoint, Visual Basic, Crystal Report Writing and
Tableau, SAS, MicroStrategy experience a plus
 Other Knowledge of PC and UNIX environments
 Need to know SOAP UI to perform mapping of services to UI, etc.
 Additionally, need to be able to identify and query tables to extract data for developers, QA and
business to test with
