-Hands-on to Scaled Agile Framework by successfully running Program Increments for 3+ years
-Hands-on experience in managing Payments projects. (MUST)
-Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems, Finance, Banking or other related field
-Previous experience with coaching business and technology team members through the adoption of Agile practices.
-Previous experience with Agile collaboration tools e.g. Jira and Confluence
-Experience organizing and executing team training and mentoring
-Experience with distributed Agile teams
-Experience playing the Scrum Master role for at least two years for a software development team utilizing Scrum principles, practices, and theory.
-Experience with coaching on agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games
-Applicable knowledge of the technologies used by the team
-Experience applying a wide variety of well documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the 
 Scrum approach (example: numerous Burndown techniques, numerous Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc.).
-Excellent communication and mentoring skills
-Certifications [preferred]  Certified Scrum Master (CSM)/ Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
-SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or SAFE Advanced Scrum Master (SASM)
