deployment,Preparing proposals for best fit technology based on requirements

elicited

 

2. Betweenfour (4) and seven (7)

years ofexperience working on enterprise level software development

projectswith an

active roleworking with internal and external project stakeholders (SMEs,

Users, PMs,Technicians, Quality Analysts etc.)

 

Desirable Qualifications:

1. Betweenfour (4) and seven (7)

years ofexperience identifying, documenting and validating system

requirements

acrossmultiple agencies, with a focus on the Human Service Child

Supportdomain

 

2. Betweenfour (4) and seven (7)

years ofexperience identifying, documenting and validating system

requirementson a modernization project covering multiple complex

functionaldomains including analyzing, extracting, transforming, and

documentinglegacy systems' functionality, system logic, and business rules

 

3. Betweenfour (4) and seven (7)

years ofexperience conducting business process analysis and optimization

in a

technologyenvironment, while documenting the As-Is and proposing To-Be web

based,client facing applications

 

4. Betweenfour (4) and  seven (7) years of creatingrequirements documentation such as: As-Is and To-Be process flows,

userstories, requirements, wireframes and specifications while adhering topre-established templates within a requirements management tool similar toBlueprint.

 

5. Betweenfour (4) and  seven (7) years ofexperience facilitating meetings, workgroups, etc.
