Our clientis currently looking for a strong senior product designer to come and helptheir esteemed product team! Our client views the Product Designer essential totheir product organization since this person would be leading discovery andfiguring out if folks are using their systems/applications effectively and in auseful way. This person would be leading and changing mock ups, runningworkshops and making sure that people enjoy using the applications they workwith.

It isvital for candidates to have formal training in leading design thinkingsessions with end users, independently. More important than formal training ishaving the real experience and applying this training in full product lifecyclescenarios. This person would be responsible for the product design fromdiscovery to implementation and needs to have at least a couple of times wherethey have fully done this, end to end.

Our clienthosts and enterprise environment and sees enterprise level experience as veryuseful. That's not to say start up experience isn't desired, but a mix of eachis truly ideal. This is a very senior and high profile role, the necessarycandidate will need to have excellent verbal and written communication skillsand the ability to effectively influence stakeholders up and down the chain.

RequiredSkills:

7 years of Product design experience alone. This isn't overall career experience but experience with product design

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Should have at least 2-3 projects where they led discovery

Experience with end to end product lifecycle from discovery to implementation

Usability focus

Lead design thinking workshops

Lead mock ups and change mock ups

Results focused mindset and resume

Keen ability to track value to the end user customer
