- BS/MS in relevant engineering
- 8+ years of QA team leading experience
- Create Test Plans and Test cases for new and existing features with detailed approach of testing, scheduling and test exit criteria.
- Identify any gaps in test plan and requirements/feature documents.
- Create processes/best practices for improving bugs filing and verification.
- Extensive Embedded systems / Android based device testing experience
- Working knowledge of Android Studio and adb commands
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work and change focus quickly when required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Communicate with engineering teams to understand the testing requirements for the product
- Prepare test result reports and present to relevant stakeholders
- Identify risks and discuss risk management plan with Google stakeholders
Coordinate with cross functional teams and drive corresponding issues to resolution
