Qualifications

High School / GED and 4 years of Business Analyst training/certification and Business Analyst experience. OR

An Associates degree and 2 years' experience as a business analyst or Bachelor's degree.

Requires proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience with ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) based Service Management tools.

Requires experience and understanding of the clients Information Technology and Information Services environment.
