JOB DETAIL

We are searching for a diversified PM profiles who should have JIRA, ServiceNow, Change & Release Management exp. along with Outlook365 (SharePoint, Excel) hands-on exp..

  • 10+ years of experience with at least 3 years relevant experience in financial domain.
  • Strong business acumen to analyze & understand business functionality specific to project as well as upstream and downstream dependencies
  • Outline current state challenges & identify gaps in BRD, Change & Release Management lifecycle
  • Proven ability to thrive in an agile environment and quickly adapt to change
  • Able to define the scope of JIRA epics, stories & well-versed with JIRA Boards (Kanban, Scrum) & building dashboards viz. Sprint Burndown, Sprint Velocity, Development Lead Time, Deployment Frequency
  • Well-versed experience with MS Office365 (Excel – functions, VLOOKUP's etc., Word/PowerPoint, OneDrive, SharePoint etc.)
  • Knowledge on how to use & build Splunk Reports is good to have
  • Perform Release Manager role in parallel to manage the Team’s Weekly releases & provide consolidated status report to leadership team
  • Manage project communications and documentation on Jive, Wiki
  • Capable of proactively monitoring the risks related to Hygiene flagged items & report to leadership with mitigation plan after working closely with Development & Operations team
  • Well-versed experience in Document Management, Business Intelligence, building custom business solutions and business processes with workflow-based solutions on SharePoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
