Key Responsibilities & Skills:

Comfortable in conducting and has demonstrable experience leading client workshops for requirements elicitation

Write User stories, decompose user stories

Write test acceptance criteria

Conduct and run JAD sessions, user story walkthrough sessions

Document use cases, user flows, ERD and any other technical and functional documentation

Assist testing and UAT teams as necessary

Participate proactively, with Project Management, developers, and architects, in the analysis of data, applications and processes in order to meet the business requirements

Acts as liaison between Project Management and Development teams

Ensures that process development conforms to established company standards and procedures and that appropriate checks are in place to protect data integrity

Requirements

Must have 5 years of experience in a business systems analyst role

Experience working on web/mobile and enterprise e-commerce sites is required

Strong communication and must be self-driven

Experience with technical documentation e.g. flow diagrams, process flows, personas, use cases and user stories are a must

Strong coordination skills. Demonstrable experience working with QA and client-based UAT teams (in an in-person workshop setting and with remote teams)

Excellent Knowledge of the Project Life Cycle, project coordination and Tools (e.g. MS Project & JIRA) used for Project Management

Excellent knowledge of the Systems Development Life Cycle
