DevOps Engineer for software development build and releasetool chain, and for Cloud environment and deployment infrastructure, enablingthe team to adopt best practices and achieve operation excellence. The idealcandidate has a proven track record of building development infrastructure anddeploying and maintaining Cloud applications.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’sdegree in computer science, engineering or equivalent.
• 5 yearsof relevant IT or software engineering experience with 3 experience ininfrastructure and Cloud software deployment, monitoring and troubleshooting. Strong knowledge of AWS ishighly desirable for this role.
• Comfortablecreating and managing servers, load balancers, VPCs and IAMs. Experience withinfrastructure automation using Terraform or similar tools.
• Experiencewith container deployment (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) in a Cloudenvironment (AWS, GCP or Azure).
• Experiencewith building a suite of monitoring services, alerts, automated and/or manualcorrective actions to maintain operational excellence.
• Experiencewith building framework, automation, and tooling to enable software best practicessuch as CI/CD, code reviews, static code analysis, and automated testing, witha process improvement mindset.
• Experiencein CI/CD using Bitbucket, Jenkins, or similar tools.
• Preferredexperience with Python, JavaScript, or other programming languages.
• Preferredexperience with test automation frameworks such as Qwerty, Cucumber or similar
• Preferredfamiliarity with medical device or other regulated environments.
• Preferredexperience with integration of streaming data technologies such as Spark andHadoop.
• Preferredexperience with machine learning services such as AWS SageMaker
