Seeking a Business Systems Analyst, well experienced with Workday,to work for us supporting our government client – the Port of Los Angeles. Thisis expected to be a 9 –10-month assignment.

 

 

 

Requirements

 

• 3 years of progressiveexperience with configuration of Workday

 

• Experience in integratingWorkday Payroll with Oracle Cloud, or any other ERP Systems

 

• Bachelor’s degree in InformationSystems, Human Resources or related field

 

• Experience in creating standardreports and ad-hoc reports and queries

 

• Experience working withhire-to-retire processes

 

• Experience working with payrollprocess

 

• Ability to work independently while being a strong team player

 

Must Have

Responsibilities

 

• Provide support for issuesrelated to the production environment (HCM and Compensation) by investigatingproblems and developing detailed suggestions for resolution of issues. Createand resolve support cases with Workday/ITA support as needed.

 

• Manage, troubleshoot, andresolve system related issues ensuring timely responses and delivery ofhigh-quality solutions and customer service to end users

 

• Support configuration andtroubleshooting of business processes in one or more of the following areas:Core HCM, Compensation (live), Absence, Time Tracking, Benefits, (after go-live, December 2022)

 

• Participate and support Phase 2of Workday implementation project (for payroll module and integrations withOracle EBS and Oracle Cloud, as well as the Port’s Payroll Data Warehouse) byassisting with business process review, testing, training, communication andbusiness process configuration

 

• Assist in the development andmaintenance of business processes documentation and procedures and ensurecompliance with internal policies

 

• Collaborate with colleagues toidentify needs and make recommendations for continued process improvements,system enhancements and new applications to support business needs andoperational efficiencies

 

• Help maintain data integrity byrunning queries and analyzing data

 

• Help create reports and dataintegrations for Position Control and Payroll Reporting

 

• Serve as Subject Matter Experton Time Tracking and Payroll, including Workday integration with OracleEnterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, as well as the Port’s Payroll DataWarehouse

 

• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive informationensuring all necessary security measures are taken
