?        The Global Technology organization islookingfor a world-class Identity & Access Management Engineer to fill avacancywithin the Security Services department. This team player will ensurethat ourinfrastructures are designed to the highest standards. The candidatewillbecome a member of a diverse team of information technologistsengineeringvarious components of Prudential’s technology landscape.

?        The ideal candidate will have aninnovativemindset for new technical while continually evaluating theinfrastructureseffectiveness & security, develop technical direction, andupgradeinitiatives. The candidate’s responsibilities include the following:

?         

?        Develop cost effective technicalengineeringsolutions that solve business challenges and improve processes;includingdeveloping tactical and strategic technical solutions that willaddressbusiness requirements for Identity & Access.

?        Work closely with key stakeholders tounderstandrequirements and ensure the solutions developed meet theserequirements.

?        Work as part of a project team todesign newsystem solutions which includes, implementing proof-of-concepts andpresenting witha marketing mindset.

?        Contribute to the design,development, andexecution of system changes through the end-to-end testinglifecycle.

?        Develop capacity forecasts formanagedenvironments that are proactive and prevent problems prior to outages.

?        Develop processes and procedures toensuremanaged environments maintain the highest levels of availability,security, andquality.

?        Candidate must be able to provide7x24x365support, accommodate schedule flexibility to deal with escalationsandoccasional changes during non-core business hours.

?        Candidate must have the ability tounderstandand relate product technology, strategy and direction with businessneeds. Theideal candidate will have the following skills:

?         

?        Experience working with using Jira,Jira Align,and working in an Agile format.

?        Extensive knowledge & experiencewith AzureAD including Azure Conditional Access, Azure MFA, Azure AD PrivilegeIdentityManager, and Provisioning Azure Roles. Knowledge of features includingIdentityManagement, Management Groups, Security/Identity Protection,PasswordManagement and App Proxy preferred.

?        Extensive experience working onWindows Serveroperating systems.

?        Technical knowledge & experiencewithMicrosoft on-prem technologies like Active Directory, ADFS, PING ID &PINGFed, AADC, MIM, MS Assessment, SailPoint is preferred.

?        Familiarity with management of publiccloudslike Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.

?        Scripting knowledge of MicrosoftPowerShell,JSON, .Net, or Python preferred.

?        Knowledge of configuration managementtools likePuppet a plus.

?        Knowledge and understanding ofvirtualization,automation, data analytics, enterprise storage, and networks aplus.

?        Experience with native Windowsfeatures andthird-party solutions like Splunk, Service Now, SailPoint,InfoBlox, Big Fix,and Microsoft System Center products a plus.

?        Strong understanding of industrystandard SSOtechnologies and protocols (OAuth, OpenID Connect, FIDO, SCIM,LDAP, SAML) aplus.

?        Candidate must have a technologistmindset withaptitude to work on complex projects while possessing organization,timemanagement, and multitasking skills.

?        Candidates should have excellent writtenandoral communication skills with ability to cross-train other members.

?        4 years’ experience in informationtechnology anda four year Bachelors degree of Science in an InformationSystems related field.
