•Provide frontline support for the team. 

•Monitor communication channels, screen questions, point users to the correct documentation or application to help them, and when needed engage with the correct team members in Crypto Services to fix the issue for the user.

•Aid Application Engineering Team in collecting metrics on types of issues users experience and make suggestions on possible ways to help them avoid it.  

•Monitor and respond to communication channels for questions and onboarding requests.

•Assist users as much as possible before engaging with other Crypto Services Engineers

•Look for new and innovative ways to prevent repeated user issues, in the form of tooling, documentation or application changes.

•Work on internal tools and scripts

Qualifications: 

•Experience in supporting an application as SRE or other customer or user support role

•Experience in developing, deploying, and supporting applications written in Java

•Experience with security concepts to build reliable and safe distributed applications

•Java 2-5 years Is Required 

•Distributed Systems At least 1 year -Required 

•Cryptographic concepts At least 1 year -Required 

•Cryptographic signing and encryption At least 1 year - Required 

•Customer Focus At least 1 year -Required

•OpenSSL at least 1 year - required 

•Unix/Bash At least 1 year - required 

•Network Security At least 1 year I- required

•Splunk 2-5 years – required
