Required Skill Set & Experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a QA consultant capacity

Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud

Ability to work effectively during offshore time with minimal support

Offshore QACs flexible to work at least partly during US daytime Hours

Order Management Basics, Warehouse management basics, 3rd Party Integrations preferred

Strong understanding of SQA methodologies

Good working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Agile Accelerator, Rally

Ability to execute test cases in latest desktop, tablet and mobile devices on latest browsers

Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and working experience in an Agile environment is a must.

Good understanding of API, Web Services, JavaScript, JSON, XML preferred

Excellent oral & written communication skills and able to work independently

Great attention to detail and ability to identify, isolate and document defects with thorough understanding of Defect Life Cycle

Experience in large-scale software deployments preferred

Ability to adapt to short sprint cycles (2 weeks)

Experience in the full software lifecycles from design to deployment

Self-starter and being proactive is a must.
