You will be performing analyses of the business goals, objectives, and needs of the general business environment for the appropriate division, group, or line of business.

Additionally, You will --

•             Perform research and analysis to support business operations and present findings to the manager or project leader

•             Plan and design business processes and make recommendations and changes in order to improve and support business systems and activities and/or to deliver greater effectiveness and efficiency.

•             Utilize systems and data to resolve business issues in the most effective and productive manner.

•             Identify and implement best practices and suggest how to improve current practices.

Required Skills

•             RECENT Systematics or TouchPoint Applications experience or experience with these banking industry tools

•             Expertise in the Banking / Financial Services industry

•             Experience with gathering business requirements & writing test scripts

•             Experience with working alongside clients & answering questions
