Skillset: MSBI tools SSIS, SSRS, SQL/T-SQL/ DML/DDL statements, stored procedure, Function, Trigger, Indexes, and Cursor
Primary Responsibilities: We are currently looking for a dedicated professional to fulfill the following job responsibilities:
- Must have extensive experience on Microsoft SQL Server Business Intelligence Tools SSIS and SSRS
- Should have good exposure of SQL/T-SQL/ DML/DDL statements, stored procedure, Function, Trigger, Indexes, Cursor, Explain/execution plan and Import/Export of data with scheduling tools i.e. IBM Tivoli Workload Scheduler (TWS)
- Provide required technical support for the engagement.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Providing accurate and timely estimates for tasks.
- Serves as technical expert for assigned areas. Good to have experience in app/tool/version migration.
- Work in development, design and reviews, troubleshooting and post production issue resolution
- Facilitate root cause analysis and recommend/execute corrective action plans
- Conduct code review to ensure the work delivered by the team is of high quality standards
- Achieves harmonious working relationships with business partners and within team.
- Ensuring timely deliveries for all assigned tasks as per schedule.
- Adherence to the defined SS&MO delivery processes/guidelines
- Develops innovative approaches on performance optimization & automation
- Take ownership of the assigned tasks and ensure availability over weekends/holidays as per project need
- Good oral & written communication Skills.
Must Have Skills:
- 4+ years of total relevant experience on Microsoft SSIS (Integration Services), SSRS (Reporting Services), MS SQL Server.
- Must have extensive knowledge on SQL/T-SQL/ DML/DDL statements, stored procedures, Function, Trigger, Indexes, Cursor, Explain/execution plan and Import/Export of data
- Configuration management like SVN etc.
- Effective communications with all levels of internal and external customers and staff.
- Independent communication with business partners, leads others toward technical accomplishment, collaborative project team efforts and achievement of project goals
- Experience in M&O processes - ITSM (Incident/Problem/Change management), REF, Batch Standardization, SOC, PLM
- Experience with Service Management Tools (i.e., Service Now)
- Experience working with Agile methodology
- Experience handling cross application dependencies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Adaptable to work in different shifts if required
- Should be self-driven and able to work independently with minimum support/mentoring
- Willing to work in shifts as per project requirement.
- Should possess sound knowledge of SDLC.
