Outline and develop scope to align in an approved statement of work or charter.
Manage the program and/or project by creating a detailed project plan 
Lead cross-functional teams and ensure resources are assigned to meet tasks and deliverables.
Manage and report against a project budget
Apply change management tools against the program/project scope.
Manage and track issues, risks and decisions. Address and resolve issues to ensure the project remains on track. 
Develop metrics and indicators that can be used to determine project health.
Prepare and present status reports and dashboards to all stakeholders.
Plan for risks and anticipate issues- develop go-to-green plans and contingencies.
Lead regular status meetings with teams.
PMP certification is a plus
