They are responsible for the system upgrade currently taking place within XXX Charitable, the Agile Office for Charitable is leading this effort and this person would work on the Digital Platforms team.
Her project is working on Firm Foundation, Struts upgrade as well as API services upgrade and moving to the cloud. More of the Back end engineering.

They need a much more technical person that understand API’s/AWS and backend system analysis.
Strong experience with Agile process and writing user stories. Communication is a must have as they will be interacting with other groups within the organization.
Interview Process:
Interview will be 2 rounds – 1st will be with HM for 30 minutes and the 2nd round will be 1 hour with the panel. 1st 30 minutes will be talking, the 2nd 30 minutes will be a coding exercise. The exercise is a series of scenario-based questions.
Example of the scenario question is: How do you take a paper form and make it digital?
The Expertise You Have
- Bachelor’s degree required. Technology-related field preferred.
- 5+ years of project delivery experience in a systems or business analyst role
- 3+ years working on agile teams delivering value in digital products preferred. Agile/Scrum experience is preferred
- Experience with systems development methodologies and formal documentation processes
- Successful track record delivering in an evolving and fast-pace environment
- Experience with project management in a technology / software development organization
- Crafting web-based transaction applications in Agile/SCRUM methodology including requirements, stories and project tracking using JIRA
- Knowledge of Financial services is a plus
- Experience with APIs is a plus
