MinimumQualifications:

?       Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science,Information Systems, or related field as outlined in the essential duties; orHigh School Diploma/General Education Degree and 4 years of relevant experienceas outlined in the essential duties in lieu of Bachelor’s Degree.

?       8 years of experience in data and/or softwareengineering or related field as outlined in the essential duties. 

?       Demonstrated expert experience queryingdisparate data sources, including relational structures, OLTP systems, anddimensional data models.

?       Demonstrated expert experience working with SQLfor data exploration, debugging, and performant data access.

?       Demonstrated expert experience designing anddeveloping reports, dashboards, and visualizations, preferably including withTableau.

?       Ability to translate business requirements totechnical specifications.

?       Proven ability to work in a fast-paced,cross-functional team environment.

?       Adaptable, open to change and able to work inambiguous situations and respond to new information or unexpected circumstances.

?       Excellent interpersonal and communicationskills, ability to operate in a cross cultural and complex matrix environment,and ability to build consensus across functions.

?       Demonstrated ability to work within an Agiledevelopment environment and strong understanding of the Agile framework.

?       Proficient in Microsoft Office applications toinclude Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
