**Must Design, build and implement tools to aid observability, experience building Dynatrace and Splunk dashboards **

• BS or MS in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent experience
• 5+ years experience with application and infrastructure operations, performance tuning
• Design, build and implement tools to aid observability
• Determine monitoring gaps for infrastructure technologies and work with performance engineering to implement monitoring enhancements
• Identify performance errors and maintain service availability dashboards for infrastructure technologies
• Work with Performance engineering and IT Teams (Application Owners, System Administrators) to identify solutions for performance errors
• Responsible for overall systems design and architecture, including new solutions and patterns to improve performance and enhance monitoring capabilities
• Develop and drive the standards, development processes, systems architecture, and design patterns to support IT and business solutions
• Collaborate with business users and stakeholders through design and implementation, including performance analysis and system requirements
• Train and Mentor IT teams to use Service Availability Dashboards developed in Splunk, Dynatrace etc.
