Project Scope / Components:

Unified service model

RX renew: mainframe work, digital API, Unity and clinical - self standing programs, then reorged into all under one umbrella focusing on the members

Went from app centric to member centric

Need to create continuity and alignment between the teams

 

Team Size & Breakdown:

Digital API Solutions Enablement team

Lighter in AEM right now, need someone to come in with experience and own that

Looking to get into automation  but not there now

 

Development Methodology:

New agile, some teams just adopted it in march, some teams have been doing it for 3-4 years, work in progress. Daily standups between 9-11 CST every day

 

High-Level Individual Duties:

Individual coding contributor

Being on the product team, daily standups

Taking work direction from lead

Working with enablement team

API side – making coding changes to APIS

May create/set up data for internal testing

AEM is UI interface, making sure data transports are working, coding exp with aem

 

Must-Haves (Concepts & Tools):

AEM

WSO2/Mulesoft

Soft skills, need someone collaborative

 

Nice to Have:

Javascript/React

Python for some automation

Pair programing

Healthcare experience
