Embedded C/C++ Firmware Developer to develop, maintain, test and improve the customer experience on Comcast Voice Remote Products.

Experience:

• 1-3 years development experience with C/C++.

• Experience with microcontoller devices such as 8051, MSP-430, or ARM.

• Experience with peripheral buses such as I2C, SPI, and UART.

• Experience with other technologies such as security, compression, LEDs, PWM, Accelerometer, and other sensors.

• Experience with an IDE such as Eclipse for your development environment and debuggers that use JTAG.

• Comfortable with using the linux command line to run tests on Comcast cable boxes.

• Experience using unit testing to test code.

Additional Experience:

• Experience using revision control systems, such as GIT and GITHUB.

• Experience using a issue tracking system such as Jira.

• Experience using a scripting language such as python.

• BA/BS degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field required.

• Experience with RF (Wifi, RF4CE, BLE, or Bluetooth Classic) is a plus.

• Experience with IR protocols such as NEC is a plus.

• The ability to read schematics is a plus.

• Experience with a build system such as Jenkins or Teamcity is a plus.

• Experience using a logic analyzer and oscilloscope is a plus..
