 Technical Experience: 

1 Strong experience in Key SAP SD business processes – Pricing, Intercompany Billing, Shipping, Logistics, Transportation, Order Fulfillment, Pricing.
2 Experience in working with External systems (3PL) for Contracts,  Tax, Master data, Warehouse Management etc. integrated to ECC system.
3 Experience in EDI integrations with warehouses, TPLs, and TPMs.
4 Knowledge of SAP SD integration with other SAP Modules.
5 ABAP expertise from a functional consulting perspective will be highly preferred
6 Perform in cross-functional team environments where strong interpersonal communication skills are essential 
7 Experience in handling Month-end and Year-end close processes.
8 Ability to effectively communicate with Business users and work with offshore teams.
9 Experience with other Pharma and Life Science client will be highly preferred

This role leads all support-related activities. This position will lead the offshore and onsite SD teams from IBM. This includes the following: (Professional Attributes)
1 Accountable for end-to-end support.
2 Reports regularly on performance.
3 Should be good with handling onsite-offshore teams 
4 Project delivery and Team management 
5 Should have good leadership quality and help the team with troubleshooting 
6 Should have experience in at least 2 SAP Support and Implementation experience as module/integration lead in recent past of 3 to 5 years, managing SAP ECC sales distribution

Work Experience –

1 At least 8-10 years of experience in SAP (Project Deployment and/or Support) with prior experience as a team lead.
2 Experience in a Pharma & Life Science industry will be preferred
