Qualifications:

•             Experience in support and maintenance of SAP SuccessFactors projects

•             General understanding of SuccessFactors suite

•             Relevant experience in SuccessFactors in EC/LMS/Onboarding/Compensation/PMGM

•             Experience in SAP ECC Personnel Administration and Organization management modules.

•             Experience developing user training documents and conducting training classes

•             Strong business acumen with understanding of key business metrics

•             Ability to work as part of a cross functional team and communicate across all levels of the organization

•             Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects simultaneously

•             Integration experience through flat files, API’s, FTP, and web services

•             Strong understanding of interfacing with SuccessFactors through the CPI or other integration means

•             Strong background in data maintenance (imports/exports, LSMW, and similar) and analysis

•             Project leadership a plus
