?Should be able to provide demonstrated history in:
o Network switches and routers (2-4 years experience)
o Network security hardware and practices (2-4 years experience)
o DNS management (2-4years experience)
o Log file aggregation and management (2-4 years experience)
o Troubleshooting network performance issues and bottlenecks (2-4 years experience)
o Server performance optimization and troubleshooting (2-4 years experience)
o Working with cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, GCP (2-4 years experience)
o Working with multi-national, multi-regional cloud providers (2-4 years experience)
o Ecommerce (Magento, Hubspot)
?Be able to:
o Work remotely, effectively, and efficiently
o Provide a high level of communication to various stakeholders that may or may not be technically savy
o Work independently to meet due dates and time critical issues and projects
o Work across departments and disciplines to work with people from Marketing, to IT, to Development
o Be able to be cost conscious to make recommendations that would be cost sensitive
?Work with vendors tomanage the following:
o Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution (Webscale, AWS, GCP, Azure, Heroku, Okta, etc.)
o Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability (Webscale, AWS, GCP, Azure, Heroku, Okta, etc.)
o Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning (Webscale, AWS, GCP, Azure, Heroku, Okta, etc.)
o Oversee the configuration and maintenance of various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS)
o Oversee the configuration and monitoring for anomalies in log files associated with networking and cloud systems
o Oversee network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes, and security configurations
o Provide good documentation and ticket status in Prosci's ticketing system
o Work within established configuration and Change Management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure
o Assist in the selection and implementation of security tools, policies, and procedures in conjunction with the company’s security team as needed which could include aspects of SSO, Bot-management and application security
