• Experience in the use of Esri software including ArcGlS Portal, AGOL, and ArcGlS Server (3+ years);
• Experience in creating and maintaining geographic layers;
• Experience with ESRI online and/or ESRI portal;
• Experience with ESRI version 10.6 or higher;
• Experience with WebApp builder;
• Experience with ESRI Collector or ESRI Survey 123 (preferred);
• Experience with JavaScript, .Net, Angular, and Python scripting (preferred);
• Bachelor‘s degree in computer science, technology, geography or related field can substitute for two years of
required experience.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Assist in the maintenance of existing interactive GIS based mapping systems;
• Investigate and resolve problems encountered in projects and, as appropriate, suggest modification to meet
project objectives;
• Assist with GIS application documentation, account management, technical support and application
administration;
• Provide technical training to internal and external customers in the use of GIS applications that may be utilized
by non-technical specialists.
