•    Project Management tools – MSPO, Niku, Cognos
•    Certifications: SAFe, CSM, scaled agile (knowledge/exp is also ok and can lead the way)
•    Financial forecasting and tracking, including management of weekly charges against projects
•    Hands on Agile project delivery management, provide guideline on scaled transformations 
•    Ability to manage project financials
•    Data Analysis (PMO office)
•    Must have worked in a PMO office and must have very sound understanding of the process implementation in PMO
•    Jira board updates and management
•    Weekly portfolio meeting facilitation & materials preparation
•    Oversight/management of smaller project efforts within a larger program Must be able to initiate, plan and execute PI sessions, guide the team on Backlog, oversee sprint executions across multiple tracks.
•    Excellent communication, ability to lead from front and manage organization needs 
•    Proactively manage and coordinate multiple stakeholders and provide accurate reporting
