•            Partner closely with Product, FP&A, Science and other cross-functional stakeholders to manage pricing and/or driver earnings strategy.

•            Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Math, Economics, Analytics, Finance, Business or other related quantitative field

•            Develop hypotheses and analytical frameworks for understanding pricing dynamics and market outcomes to recommend action plans.

•            5-7 years experience in consulting, analytics, strategic finance, start-up operations

•            Work closely with product leads to build the most efficient tools, systems, and processes to manage pricing and driver earning at scale.

•            Strong ability in building decision making frameworks and data analysis, able to dissect business issues, analyze large amounts of data, and draw actionable conclusions

•            Influence product roadmaps through insightful analytics and financial / business modeling. Be an analytical thought leader, partnering with Science to develop experiments and analytics.

•            Very strong attention to detail, experience developing processes to implement strategy

•            Ability to think strategically about complex and unstructured business problems, leading to recommendations and action plan

•            Strong written and verbal communication skills for internal stakeholders, including senior leadership

•            Ability to effectively and independently build and maintain cross-functional relationships with stakeholders, manage multiple competing priorities, and drive projects to completion

•            Experience with a two-sided marketplace is especially desirable

•            Highly proficient in Excel or GSheet

•            Proficiency with SQL required; Proficiency in Python is a plus

•            Entrepreneurial self-starter - you naturally take ownership, look for opportunities, and do whatever it takes to drive results

The team regularly generates and translates key insights into actionable recommendations that support decision-making and scalable growth

•            Understanding of experimental design (such as A/B experiments) and statistical methods

•            Ability to use data visualization tools to provide actionable insights and reusable frameworks

•            Strong product and user experience sense (Tableau, Mode, Power BI)
