• Must have 6-8 years of total IT experience

• At least Two end to end IPA/RPA implementation projects experience using Automation Anywhere-V11, A360 Technologies Stack- IQ Bot, Abby Flexi Capture and BOT insights, AA Discovery Bot, AI/ML, Chatbots

• Understand/Document/Maintain business requests for RPA Implementation and Responsible for designing automation workflows using RPA tools such as Automation Anywhere-A360 as per requirements and quality delivery

• Automate/develop a new process using Automation Anywhere-A360 solution pattern modelling framework

• Plan and create re-usable objects, Responsible and maintaining automations post implementation and resolving any potential issues to ensure smooth operations

• Automation Anywhere Certified Master RPA Professional

• Responsible in training or mentoring new hires and provide L2 support for production BOTS

• Familiarity with AWS cloud architecture. Experience to frameworks like DevOps (CI/CD)

• Hands on experience with SQL & No-SQL databases and API automations

• Good understanding of installation infrastructure for IPA/RPA platforms

• IPA/RPA lead will understand Business Context of Automation and work proactively with customers to identify opportunities for digital transformation and collaborate with them to ideate future-state solutions using the latest intelligent automation technology toolkit (RPA, OCR, NLP, AI/ML, Low-Code).
