Bachelor’s degree in related field or specialized training and three years of IT project management or equivalent IT team leadership experience.
PMI PMP certification or equivalent Project Management certification
Experience leading projects of moderate to high complexity (occurring in the last 7 years).
Experience in IT project management in security area (preferable in Public Sector)
Experience in information security principles and standards such NIST 800-53, IRS Pub 1075
Hands-on advanced experience with MS Project, MS Visio, SharePoint 2013, MS O365 and MSTeams
Executive level written and oral communication skills
Experience leading/coordinating vendor managed projects
Experience working in state government and or Health and Human Services Systems
Experience working in an outsourced environment
Knowledge of Cloud Security Concepts
