Sales Meetings :
- Prepare for Meeting via Structured research about target client
- Having effective sales meetings in order to
- Understanding the client Requirements by gathering the Information with the Predefined Common Business questions which we have and Technical questions by showing slides which help the clients to take decision
- Positing the 10xBiz as the best choice for the client
- Generate requirements from the client and check his qualification status based on
- Severity of the problems his Business feeling (High, Medium, Low
- Type of industry
- For no of users he is planning to implement,
- Time frame to launch,
- Complexity of the Problem, (Easy, medium, Hard)
- Client estimated Budget
- Send a Series of Questionnaire's and sample excel sheets which will help them to streamline their process and fill the sheets with what they are expecting
- Make them prepared for deeper Consulting Secession by collecting the requirements from the clients
Sales proposals:
- Collect all the requirements from the client and hand over it to BA Team to prepare a UML diagram of their pross if required.
- Collect the required documents from the BA team and send it to product team for Feasibility Analysis and Request the time estimation to Complete the project
- Make a presentation based and Client requirements and Proposed solution prepared by the BA team
- Prepare a estimated proposal with two Plans Plan-1, Plan-2
- Schedule a meeting with the client and Proposing the solutions and possibilities by giving POC or presentation.
- Show the Implementation Road map Project Timelines and make them feel Comfortable by Positioning that we are Right fit for their problem
Sales Follow up :
- Should make a follow up calls In a way to attract client by following our internal procedures to make follow up (step by step)
- If people is not responding try to understand their concern with phone or message or mail and record those responses in CRM
- Try to Convince them by proving appropriate solutions
- Even though they are not responded send a final review mail by asking what makes them not to proceed with us by giving the options to choose (Template)
Sales Conversion:
- Negotiate win-win deals
- Maintain profitability index as per management Guidelines
Client Co-ordination:
- Write emails professionally to record all discussions with the client
- Be the interface between the client and the operations team from Contract to completion of the event
Outreach to Customer:
- Prepare a Case study of Each solution we deliver to the client and preserve it in the Company client successes Stories and prepare a good presentation (PPT) of that Case study with problem and Solution approach.
- Source the accurate contact details from online sources by approaching similar line of business for whom we have given Solution
- Compose an attractive Email to grab their Decision maker Attention and try to educate them by having a Solution in place and Send a Case study of how similar company benefited from the Solution.
- Try to approach at least 3 C-Level people in the Organization and Explain individually how it will benefited each department and Organization as whole with the proposed Solution
- Arrange a Meeting to give demo of Product and Explain Use cases of Problems faced by the company before having the Solution in Place and how company benefited from the Proposed Solution
- If client is satisfied with the solution negotiate and close the deal.
