Job Functions/Duties and Responsibilities:
?Implement in-house microservices for Lending Platform.
?Conduct intense code-reviews and follow best codingpractices.
?Design and develop Java applications as well as multi-tierJava EE style applications in finance technology supporting all lendingbusiness lines.
?Collaborate with multiple technology teams that areupstream and downstream to the application
which include Data Warehouse, LoanlQ and firm’s GL system etc.
?Work as part of a banking Agile Squad.
?Work in Agile development methodologies, collaboratingwith business and technology teams located globally.
Skills Required:
?5-7 years of hands-on experience as Java Developerbuilding enterprise level applications using Core Java 1.8 or higher.
?5 years of hands-on experience in Java EE designand programming, solid understanding of multi- tiered web-based applications.
?Practical experience with Microservices Frameworklike Spring Boot, Event driven Services, Cloud Native Applications development.
?Practical experience with Web API,Springboot, Gradle,Junit/TDD, KAFKA, GIT, and Team City.
?Strong knowledge of CI CD Pipelines, Code qualityanalysis tools like Sonar, find bug.
?Strong understanding of database analysis & designincluding SQL, indexes, and query tuning.
?Knowledge of JavaScript, Angular, jQuery, and CSS.
?Ability to analyze the business requirement and definethe appropriate design with respect to data modeling, configuration, andcustomization of applications.
?Practical experience with data model designing andmodeling tools.
?Proven experience working in agile developmentmethodologies.
?Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Skills Desired:
?Working Knowledge of building applications in theCloud.
?Working Knowledge of Unix/Linux and/or any scriptinglanguage.
?Exposure to JIRA or other ALM tools to create a productive,high quality development environment.
?Working knowledge of financial markets, lending-basedproducts, and Wealth Management.
Education:
?Minimum BS degree in Computer Science,Engineering, or a related field.
