JOB DETAIL
Responsibilities:
Manage the complete Associate life cycle starting from onboarding to offboarding which includes but not limited to
Orientation/onboarding
Work on improving candidate experience
Be in touch with offered candidate to ensure he/she joins or gives a heads up in advance to avoid last min surprises
Plan a smooth onboarding / orientation / induction program and keep an Associate engaged for at least 30 days from the date of joining
Compensation & Benefits
Maintain Associate s compensation records on an excel &/or HRMS
Provide required payroll inputs with zero error
Research and suggest feasible additional benefits to management that can be provided to Associates
Conduct sessions related to IT declaration and assist associates if required
Work on salary ranges of all the roles across the board to ensure we are catching up / at par with the industry standards in terms of compensation & benefits
Maintains compliance with national, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance
Reward & Recognition
Review and improvise the policy as and when required
Encourage managers to be not biased while nominating associates for R&R
Ensure to give away the committed reward to the nominated Associates
Learning & Development
Gather Personal Learning Plan from all the Associates and segregate based on priority
Work on training cost and get necessary approvals from the management
Work on a training calendar and publish the calendar (Frequency: Quarterly/Yearly/At the time of Associate s joining)
Review the report the training effectiveness to management
Competency mapping & Skill matrix
Improvise and maintain the competency mapping and skill matrix
Research industry best practice and suggest the feasible ways to maintain this data
Explore options to host the same on HRMS
Productivity matrix & Performance appraisals
Work closely with the stakeholders and advise on importance of productivity matrix and implement the same
Work on associates performance appraisal as per company policy and research on best practices to make changes wherever needed
Provide required inputs to management team to decide associate s hikes and promotions
Associate engagement, Culture building & retention
Conduct regular one-on-one and team connects to get pulse of each associate and keep them engaged
Understand what they like and dislike and share inputs with the management
Ensure to advertise our core values and ensure that all our associates are adhering to it
Work closely with the managers to retain associates if there is a resignation
Work closely with managers on disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations
Corporate Social Responsibility
Advise management about feasible CSR initiatives
Implement and encourage green practices
Foster a culture of social responsibility
Share and communicate the value of corporate social responsibility to associates
Brand Building
Work on both internal and external brand building
Share inputs to management about feasible brand building activities
Actively look out for forums, platforms, sessions, hackathons, marathons etc., where our associates can participate to build our brand recognition
Help TA Team with branding building activities in campus and lateral hiring process
Exit process
Ensure to have a smooth exit process and assist associates on PF transfer/withdrawal related queries
Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
Master s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field required
At least 5 years of human resource management experience preferred
