Requirement

•             12+ years of hands-on work experience in UX design.

•             Tools: Adobe Creative Cloud (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat), Sketch

Job Description

•             Work closely with the business and application development team

•             UX Project planning

•             Plan and conduct user research and competitive analysis

•             Carry out an assessment of existing information architecture and identify areas for improvement, including content inventory audits

•             Create use cases and flow diagrams, and define information hierarchies

•             Device agnostic UX design, conceptual diagrams

•             Interpret business data and provide qualitative feedback

•             Create user stories, personas, and storyboards

•             Develop wireframe, taxonomies and user experience flow based on customer needs

•             User Experience Prototyping

•             Developing end to end user experience that involved design of entire flow from the branding, usability and functional perspective

•             Collaborate with business and IT to develop cohesive experience throughout

•             Overseeing all user experience and design aspects of the projects

•             WCAG 2 AA compliant implementation

•             Conduct usability testing

•             Relevant documentation

•             Project meetings and coordination
