3-5 years experience, managing 2-3 teams using Rally & JIRA. Use Rally dashboards to measure team performance, identify blockers, improve team efficiency.

Preparing teams and features for PI Planning
Able to manage teams across boundaries
Familiar with front end technologies such as react
Familiarity with content management platforms a plus
