Project Manager Requirements:

- 3-5 years of Project Management, business analysis, and software project experience.

- 3-5 years of experience in industry (including experience in Low/No Code solutions development)

- Deep knowledge of MS Power Platforms specifically Power Apps, Power Automate, & Power BI

- Working knowledge of MS SharePoint structure and governance

- Working knowledge of MS Teams, MS OneNote, & MS Lists

- Demonstrated passion for innovation

- Strong verbal and written communication skill

- Proven record of collaborative work in multi-disciplinary teams.

- Capacity to prioritize and manage multiple job tasks.

- Self-directed, learner mindset with ability to embrace and inspire change.

- Confidence to challenge assumptions and status quo.

- Experience working in a Manufacturing or Engineering environment preferred

- PMP or MS Power Platform certification is a plus
