JOB DETAIL

Principal Accountabilities

Conceptualize overall solution from UX standpoint

Work with CX, BA and Design teams in planning and execution of strategic design activities

Apply user centered design thinking to multiple channels and devices as well as across a number of different industries, considering the end to end customer journey

Communicate/Lead ideas in a variety of ways from hand drawn sketches & scamps to storyboards, wireframes, prototypes, relationship maps, diagrams, customer journeys and user testing reports

Should have experience in carrying out:oprimary research (eg customer interviews, ethnography, usability testing, etc) and osecondary research (eg industry and best in class desk research, analytics review, etc)

Analyze research insights through from concept creation to validation

Gathering insight (from both customers and businesses) and validating concepts

Responsible for project quality assurance

First escalation point for any project risk or issue, along with resolution management, for all matters relating to creative output and delivery (with both internal and external stakeholders)

Contribute to the continuous development of CX capabilities in terms of new CX/creative methodology, problem solving models and best practices to ensure best in class efficiency and output

Should be able to confidently determine:oTraining needs and plans
