Description
Work as part of a team, primarily responsible for customer integrations, data migrations, and development of technical solutions in support of InterAction. Understand and document technical requirements, for internal and external clients, whilst having regard to the financial and quality objectives set for both the individual and the department.
Key Responsibilities
- Specification, design and implementation of customer technical solutions as required, adhering to appropriate design, testing and implementation best practice
- Support of current and future Professional Services developed software in both the UK & US markets
- Responsible for liaison with internal departments and external prospects or clients as required in the development of technical solutions
- Any other duties as reasonably required

Specialist Knowledge
- Minimum 4 years’ experience delivering similar services in a technical role.
- Ability to deliver implementation and administration of a product, design and development of solutions.
- Technical skills required: Proficiency in SQL and C# desired Typescript, Angular, Web Design
- Experience of database design, administration or programming experience within SQL
- General understanding of other specialist skills required within the team
- Experience of InterAction preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Experience of ETL process design and implementation using SQL
