8+ yrs. of experience with at least 3 yrs. in Devops and production support functions (L1/L2)
Salesforce support experience – good to have, UI path, L1 and L2 – Must have
A track record in supporting and monitoring the production servers and with successful delivery history and support on RPA technology.
Understanding of workflow-based logics and the ability to understand a business process from a workflow diagram and conceptualize the RPA solution.
Willingness and ability work with hands-on configuration of automated processes in the in UiPath product.
An aptitude for problem solving, with the ability to take a logical route to the source of an error
A self-starter who delivers high quality work and can adapt to new challenges, either on their own or as part of a team.
Should have experience in production monitoring tools for metrics generations.
Maintaining the existing bot process, and accurately analyzing production metrics, quickly assessing feasibility of bot process improvements.
Documenting the production release processes & follow them when required.
Identifying and communicating the technical infrastructure requirements. Configuring new UiPath processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand.
Creating and maintaining architecture documents and run books.
Supporting the existing bot processes and implementing change requirements as part of a structured change control process.
Mentoring colleagues and providing advice and guidance on best practice and performance improvement techniques.
Solving the issues that arise in day to day running of UiPath processes and providing timely responses and solutions as required.
Communicating with UiPath related issues, suggested improvements and participating with users in the UiPath community.
Working within project planning constraints, communicating any identified project risks and issues to the delivery/project manager accordingly and providing inputs to the change control process.
Monitoring Daily administration of the production live environment (Running processes, maintaining resource servers, viewing logs etc.) and submit the daily health check report and job-run status report to the key stake holders.
Incident Management handling the day to day issues pertaining to production environment
Create and manage Production tickets raised on RPA issues in production.
Managing and investigating exceptions of the issues.
Log Production Incident tickets for errors identified in production RPA processing.
Writing documentation for server-side features
System analysis of the current system in use and developing plans for enhancements and improvements.
Cloud deployment and management
CI/CD management and deployment
Performance assessment, monitoring and recommending performance enhancements
Continuous testing at different stages of the development cycle
