This position requires technical and analytical skills with a focus on maintaining and continuously enhancing operational enterprise environments.

1. Manage and maintain the infrastructure of complex software systems in support of the FEP Bridge Tenant Plans.
2. Work with various members of the team to provide systems engineering support to setup and establish business to business connectivity for a new tenant plan
3. Work closely with external client technology teams to review new technical requests and build a work effort plan to fulfill them.
4. Provide basic technical support for tenant plans for Infrastructure, Server, and Connectivity issues that can impact testing and production processing of EDI Claims.
5. Manage architectural buildouts of new test environments and maintain changes to existing ones on demand to meet customer demands.
6. Document and maintain all b2b connections between the company's product and client plans.
7. Document system monitoring design, implementation, as well as SOP’s for various technical areas in FEP TOS.
8. Assist project managers, development managers, and plan consultants to define the scope and requirement for technologies that interface with tenant plans, such as: MQ, SFTP, WebService API calls, Microsoft Federations, Secure Email Federation.
