From an overall experience of 10 years 7+ years of experience with object-oriented/object function scripting languages: PHP

From an overall experience of 10 years 7+ years of experience in working with relational databases, query authoring (SQL) as well as working familiarity with a variety of databases (i.e. Postgres, MySQL, MS SQL)

Understanding of modern software development lifecycle using scalable Agile, including experience with CI/CD frameworks

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field required

7+ years of experience working directly within engineering teams

 

Responsibilities:

Develops and executes technical software development strategy for enterprise applications and systems using current business roadmap by analyzing competitive trends and patterns; analyzing the technology landscape; evaluating short- and long-term implications; and communicating strategies and change initiatives clearly.

Drives continuous process improvement and innovation by identifying inefficiencies in current processes; improving agility of the team; and adopting industry trends for innovation.

Experience leading a collaborative and agile software development approach that improves velocity, while maintaining a strong focus on reliability, security, legal and regulatory compliance, quality, and scalability.

Strong ability to drive changes at a large scale, proactive thinker

Ability to deploy new practices and tooling to keep current with the industry
