Infosys is seeking Test/QA Manager. As a Test Manager, you will anchor different phases of engagements primarily related IBM Maximo and other COTs products. You will be responsible for Test Planning and Strategy, setting up QA processes, schedule different test phases, ensure scenarios and test scripts are aligned to requirement and provide QA consultation on the application, Integration and reports of enterprise solution for IBM Maximo implementation with the objective of high-quality & value adding solutions to customer within the guidelines, policies and norms of Infosys.  You will be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued.

 Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 6 years of Relevant Information Technology experience.
• Should have performed the role of Test Manager in implementation projects and well versed with defect Management life cycle, working on Jira or any other similar application for managing defects/Enhanements, Testing and Defect status reporting to client, Ability to lead and guide the client on Testing cycles etc.

Preferred:

·         At least 10+ years of experience in IT industry and major part of the experience should be as QA lead or Test Manager position

·         Hand on experience on Following

ü  Conducting  Sessions on QA processes and standards

ü  Documentation of Test Strategy and Planning

ü  Laying out different test phases based on the scope of the project and scheduling of each phase

ü  Collaborating with IT and Business to ensure there is enough test coverage, scenarios are identified and aligned with requirements

ü  Assisting team in Development of the test scenarios and test scripts

ü  Leading the Testing team during test execution

ü  Leading Triage Calls and Test Reporting

·         Expertise & working knowledge in Maximo Asset Management

·         Expertise in QA tool like Jira, HPQC

·         Working knowledge of Performance Testing , Automation Testing

·         Work closely with different stakeholders and portfolio leads, business users/client managers/ specialists to understand the requirements / problem statements

·         Works together with various vendor partners for the template design considering best practices, high usage of standard functionality, repeatability with efficiency, scalability, and sustainability

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
