IT Business Agile leadership

5-7 years of product owner experience; 3 years of related experience with technology interface and agile experience
Agile certification (SAFe preferred)
Product Owner of multiple applications or teams in disparate trains
Provides independent thought leadership over agile teams; influence and exercise leadership
Provides coaching and mentoring to agile teams and junior product owners
Able to construct/prioritize a multiple team backlog with significant collaboration from IT, Business and Agile leadership
Facilitates multiple team level events; possible back-up to Product Manager
Facilitates portfolio product alignments with ARTs and/or teams within the same portfolio
