Key Responsibilities:  

• Identify key pain points, root causes, and internal constraints across the various elements of the operating model through stakeholder interviews, and derive solutions to mitigate them

• Utilize a client centric and Design Thinking approach to create personas, journey maps, etc to draw forth client sentiments and expectations

• Lead initiatives to baseline the current operating models by conducting deep dive reviews with subject matter experts, key stakeholders, and business leaders

• Research and draw insights from peer benchmarking, industry trends and stakeholder insights

• Help design and develop best in class operations frameworks and the underlying capabilities within specific processes, products and broadly across operations including organizational design, ways of working, processes, location strategy, data & technology strategy, etc.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Transformation, preferably with prior exposure to:

               ○ Asset Management Industry

               ○ Mutual Funds, Separately managed accounts, Model portfolios, Interval Funds & Series Funds.

• Lean, six sigma, or other transformation certification a plus

• Strong quantitative and presentation skills, with attention to detail and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power Point

• Highly organized and structured

• Excellent project management, interpersonal, and communication skills

• Willingness to take ownership and execute on deliverables

• Executive level communication skills

• Ability to coach and guide other resources to effectively deliver
