JOB DETAIL

  • Certified Salesforce.com Platform Developer and excellent experience as Salesforce Admin as well.
  • Development experience with other web-based technologies is strongly preferred, e.g. .NET Core, .NET, C#, REST, JSON, JavaScript, XML, SOAP, WSDL, HTML 5, CSS 3, etc.
  • Development experience with database such as MS SQL or Oracle PL/SQL is strongly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of SAP and/or Model N in an enterprise setting is preferred.
  • Record of success supporting a fast-paced business organization, providing technical expertise, while applying best practices and leveraging core application platform capabilities.
  • Extensive experience with the Salesforce.com development life cycle, application design patterns, integrationpatterns and deployment planning.
  • Experienced working in cross-functional teams, identifying business requirements and supporting sales and marketing efforts.
  • Deep experience in SFDC Development implementing Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, custom reusable UI/UXincluding Visualforce pages/Lightning pages (Pages, Component & Controllers), Aura Components and Lightning Web Components, Test Classes, SOQL, SOSL, ETL processes, S-Controls, Custom Objects, Web services, Validation Rules, Workflows, Dashboards, Reports, Sandbox development and testing.
  • Expertise in customizing standard objects like Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Products, Cases, Leads, Campaigns, Reports (Summary reports, tabular reports, Pie charts), Dashboards and Report Folders for different user profiles as per the requirements.
  • Created lookup and master-detail relationships on the objects and created junction objects and various advanced fields like Pick-list, Field Dependencies, Custom Formula, Approval Process, Sharing rules for automatedalerts, field updates and email generation.
  • Experience in creating page layouts, search layouts to organize fields, custom links, related lists and other components on a record detail. Working with different aspects of Web Services (XML, WSDL, SOAP, REST).

  • Implemented Security and Sharing rules at Object Field and Record levels for different users in the organization.
  • Experience with software development and source control tools such as Visual Studio Code, Gearset and Git.
  • In-depth experience in CRM business processes like Forecasting, Campaign Management, Lead Management, Pipeline Management, Order Management, Account Management, and Case Management.
  • Proficient in setting up and dealing with functionalities related to Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Community Cloud, Custom Cloud, Analytics Cloud, Service Cloud Console, Cases (Web to Case, Email to Case), Case Assignments, Customer Portals, Knowledge Bases, Customer Communities and Service Account Management.
  • Extensive exposure to user acceptance testing(UAT), unit testing, regression testing, smoke testing, usability testing, end-to-end testing, system testing, black box testing, creating test scenarios on sandbox/productionenvironments and migration of codedeployments upon successful testing.
  • Experience working in Agile methodology, Scrum methodology, Waterfall model, Test-driven development, Business Analysis methodologies and iterative Software Development Life Cycle(SDLC).  Knowledge and experience with Rational Unified Process(RUP) and UML is a plus.
