- Location: Hybrid. Candidates must be located in either Bellevue, WA, Atlanta, GA or Frisco, TX. Position will be mainly remote but must work onsite with team for 1 week a month during the project.

Project Objective:
Expansion of API and developer program to improve developer onboarding experience within the Enterprise Partnership ecosystem. Phase 1 gathering of requirements and solutioning. Phase 2 will be the redevelopment of API and development portal.
Phase 1:
- Development of Onboarding support aspects and process for new customers/developers within the Enterprise Partnership ecosystem
- Set up and authenticate on API
- Create effective documentation for developers being onboarded to learn about API’s
- Create a sandbox environment to allow developers to work within a test environment and have access to test data to be able to test API’s that will be able to connect across other domains (they currently don’t have a sandbox today)
- Build a ticketing system to manage any issues
Responsibilities:
- Learn and work with older billing systems to leverage existing technology and recommend new ways to build, based on enterprise customer needs
- Define what API’s should look like and Design API’s
- Design and propose solutions within new technology framework
- Designing API solutions targeting for enterprise and complex use cases
Qualifications:
- Cloud Services that support an API ecosystem targeting external customers
- Experience working with a variety of technologies including API gateways, security standards, Rest API's, etc.
REQUIRED:
- Technical expertise with Rest API's, Microservices, Deign Patterns
- Ability to do a root cause analysis
Tech Stack:
- Java, spring boot, Angular/React , OAuth, JWT, Rest API’s, AWS, Google’s Apigee API gateway & authentication platform
Nice to Have:
- Experience in Telecom
- Splunk
