SkillsRequired:
• Expert in Oracle ApplicationDevelopment and PL/SQL
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrumprocesses and management tools (preferably Version One) and IT
• Service Management Systems(preferably Service Now)
• Strong facilitation skills toeffectively lead discussion across multiple groups
• Effective liaison between businessand technical teams"
• A minimum of ten (10) years’experience in software development and/or related field
AdditionalSkills:
• A degree from an accreditedCollege/University in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or relateddiscipline is preferred
• Able to perform all functionalduties independently on high-visibility programs, or mission critical aspectsof a given program
• Able to oversee the efforts ofdirect reporting resources and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staffassigned to a specific job
• Experience training/mentoring lessexperienced personnel
• Extensive knowledge of andexperience with designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining complexbusiness, accounting and management information systems;
• Extensive experiencedeveloping/supporting software applications using more than one of thesesoftware technologies: Java, Active Server Pages (ASP),JavaScript, Oracle DBMS,SQL Server DBMS, Visual Basic
• Extensive experience collaboratingwith end users to define new software system requirements
• Experience training/instructing endusers on the use of software applications
• Experience authoring orcontributing to software-related documentation such as requirementsspecifications, design documents, technical manuals, and user manuals;
• Able to obtain Postal clearance
• Excellent communication skill
