Involved in Incident and Service Request Management
Clarify tickets logged with end users and communicate about resolution progress
Provide workarounds to end-users based on Service Level Goals
Provide user guidance around procedures
Solve defects
Maintain documentation
Maintain and stay current with evolving application technology
Monitor data quality, implement and set up standard mass uploads, reports and measurements for repetitive execution when dealing with master data

Skills/Experience:

At least 1 year of experience in Applications Support specifically with SQL or Oracle and Visual Basic -internship or project experience will be considered
Excellent customer service skills, including patient sensitivity and interactions with internal clients.
Preferred university Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
Hands-on SQL and Visual Basic programming and troubleshooting expertise
