Responsible for being the single point of contact for large, complex, integrated projects.
Responsible to manage, lead and co-ordinate the overall testing of multiple applications and releases concurrently in an agile environment
Accountable and participates in all phases of testing deliverables (planning, data, testing goals, script creation, script execution, traceability, defect management, implementation
Manage multiple testing groups and SDETs at multiple geographies (including vendor applications), running testing work group meeting, defect triage calls, Walk through/approval of Test cases, ensuring that all testing artifacts are successfully archived for potential future audits and compliance.
Responsible for leading the scrum ceremonies stand alone or in partnership with Product owners
Responsible for mitigation planning and removing roadblocks for test groups and other partner impacted groups.
Responsible to report daily, weekly and engagement status reports and accountable to the KPIs
Tactical knowledge to drive automation efficiencies.
Knowledge of rally, ALM ,JIRA and Agile methodologies
Partner with business groups for UAT testing and warm hand-off
Responsible for project’s adherence to all Enterprise Testing Standards
Experience in shift left testing strategies
Ability to coordinate with multiple teams in diverse locations and available to answer questions meeting business need of multiple time zones.
PMO experience is bonus
Communicates regularly with Senior Engagement and Client Leaders via project meetings and reports
Regularly report health of projects Program and Engagement stakeholders to build confidence.
